Is it just me (no it isn't) or does there seem to be something really odd about taking this fight to save the planet through the performances of the likes of Madonna? Is this what we're trying to save the planet for?

Her "carbon footprint" is estimated up to 100x that of the average Briton. The gods must be crazy, and those who believe in them are crazier still.
